Luk It Hyah is a live classifieds platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

- You must provide a valid email address and verify it to post adverts or message sellers.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
- You may be asked to provide identity and contact details for KYC verification before certain features are enabled.
- We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms or the law.

Adverts and approvals

- Listing options and any applicable fees may change. Current pricing, if any, is shown before publishing.
- All adverts require admin approval before going live.
- Adverts are removed 30 days after first approval. Editing does not extend expiry.
- We may reject adverts that are incomplete, misleading, or unlawful.

User content

- You are responsible for the content you post, including images and descriptions.
- You must have the rights to upload any images or content you submit.
- By posting, you grant us the right to display your advert on the platform.

Prohibited content and conduct

Illegal content is not allowed. Examples include but are not limited to:
- Stolen or counterfeit goods.
- Weapons, illegal drugs, or controlled substances.
- Hate speech, threats, or harassment.
- Misleading or fraudulent adverts.

Messaging, Q&A, and reports

- Public questions are anonymous and visible to all visitors.
- Private messages are between verified users and linked to a specific advert.
- When an advert is deleted or expires, related message history and Q&A are removed from the platform.
- Users can request a PDF export of a message thread to their account email before deletion.
- Reports may result in an advert being taken down while reviewed.

Safety and transactions

- Luk It Hyah is a listing platform only. We do not handle payments or deliveries.
- All transactions are between users. Use your best judgement and follow safety tips.

Service notice

Features may change and we may temporarily remove features while fixing bugs. The service is provided "as is" during this period.

Liability and warranties

We do not guarantee the accuracy of adverts or the identity of users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions or interactions on the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
