How much does posting cost?

Pricing may change over time. Any current posting fees or plan details are shown in-app before you publish an advert.

Why do I need to verify my email?

Email verification helps us reduce spam and keep the platform safer for everyone.

How long do adverts stay live?

Adverts are hard-deleted 30 days after first approval. Editing does not extend expiry.

How do I report an advert?

Open the advert and click "Report this advert". Reports take adverts offline while we review.

How do I message a seller?

You must be logged in with a verified email. Use the "Message seller" button on the advert page.

Are messages private and tied to an advert?

Yes. Messages are private between verified users and are linked to the advert they are about.

Can I message someone without an advert?

No. Messages can only be started from a specific advert.

What happens to messages and Q&A when an advert is deleted?

When an advert expires or is deleted, its linked messages and public Q&A are deleted too.

Do you track personal data?

No. We do not track personal data for ads or profiling. KYC data, when requested, is only used for verification and platform safety.
